Once you pay for your items you have a period of 14 days to download your games if after this you still have not it is up to eazyplay if we will re enable downloads

We offer refunds if it is found that there is a problem with one of our games it is up to you to insure your computer meets the system requirements.

Please allow up to 30mins for your download to become active before you get in touch, we always respond within 12 hours of receiving a email .
For DVD's delivery please allow up to 5 working days for delivery in the UK and 1 week worldwide
